Dash Diet

Dash Diet is made for people who have high blood pressure. Dash Diet plan consists in following a diet which is low in saturated fat, total fat and cholesterol level but this diet plan has a lot of low-fat dairy products, fruits and vegetables. Also Dash diet plan contains a lot of magnesium, potassium, and calcium, proteins and fiber. This diet plan is very useful for people who have high blood pressure, but it is also effective diet.
